THE ADVISORYREVIEWS INSURANCE DESK
The BGA that shares its override — and closes with you
Advisors can't go direct to carriers — life, LTC, DI, and annuity contracts run through a BGA or IMO. Ours shares 20–25% of its override back with you and puts CFP® and CLU® planners on your client calls, so you earn more on the same case and close cases you'd otherwise refer away.

What you can place through the desk
Life insurance
Term through advanced permanent designs — family protection, estate liquidity, buy-sell, and key person. Electronic submission portals for simple term; full underwriting advocacy on impaired-risk cases.
Annuities
Fixed, indexed, and income-focused strategies with current rate sheets across the carrier lineup — positioned for the client's plan, not a product pitch.
Long-term care
Standalone LTC and hybrid life/LTC designs that protect the portfolio you manage — often the conversation that deepens the whole relationship.
Disability income
Individual DI, business overhead, and buy-out coverage for professionals and owners — the most under-placed line in advisory books.
Premium financing
Institutional financing for large life-insurance acquisitions — the ultra-high-net-worth strategy that keeps client capital working while the coverage goes in force. A desk specialty.
The premium financing deskSecurities-based strategies
The desk bench includes FINRA-registered specialists, so cases that cross into securities territory get handled correctly — not kicked back.
FEE-ONLY ADVISORS
Stay fee-only. Your clients still get the insurance done right.
You never take a commission. The desk's CFP® and CLU® planners handle the insurance analysis and placement as the insurance fiduciary in the room — under your lead, on your client's plan. The relationship stays yours; the coverage gap gets closed.

Why advisors move their business here
20–25% of the override, shared back with you
Most desks keep their full override. Ours runs on a tax-advantaged structure that lets it share 20–25% of the override back with producers — on the same carriers and products you'd place anywhere else. Full grid disclosed before you contract.
CFP® & CLU® planners on your client calls
A bench of CFP®, CLU®, and FINRA-registered specialists joins your client conversations when you want them — they help you position and close annuities, LTC, DI, and advanced life cases you'd otherwise refer away.
Case managers who actually answer
Desk case processors carry 20–30% lighter caseloads than industry norm — faster cycle times, proactive status updates, and no chasing your own paperwork.
Carrier access & fast contracting
Most advisors can't go direct to a carrier — contracts run through a BGA or IMO. One contracting kit opens the lineup, with licensing and appointment paperwork handled for you.
Underwriting advocacy
Tough health history, large face amounts, complex ownership — the desk shops it, packages it, and fights for the offer so the case actually places.
Marketing & branding support
Producers on the desk get practical marketing help — branding basics, social presence, digital footprint — because a findable advisor writes more business.

Why can't I contract directly with an insurance carrier?
Most carriers only issue producer contracts through distribution partners — brokerage general agencies (BGAs) and independent marketing organizations (IMOs). The desk holds those relationships, so one contracting kit gives you access to the lineup without minimum-production commitments to any single carrier.
How does the 20–25% override share work?
On every placed case, the distributor (BGA/IMO) earns an override on top of your street compensation. Most keep all of it. The desk's tax-advantaged structure lets it share 20–25% of that override back with you — so you earn more on the exact same case, same carrier, same product. The full grid is disclosed in writing before you contract. Compensation varies by carrier, product, state, and contract level.
I'm a fee-only advisor — can I use the desk without taking commissions?
Yes, and it's one of the desk's best fits. You stay fee-only: the desk's planning team does the insurance analysis and placement as the insurance fiduciary in the room, under your lead. Your client gets the coverage their plan calls for, you never touch a commission, and the relationship stays yours.
Do I keep my client relationship?
Always. You stay the advisor of record and own the relationship. The desk's planners work on your side of the table, under your lead — they're there to help you design and close, not to take over.
Who is the desk for?
Financial advisors and wealth managers — fee-based or fee-only — independent RIAs, broker-dealer reps (including advisors at major wirehouses and independent BDs), life-licensed insurance agents and agencies, and CPAs, attorneys, and family offices with clients who need coverage. Available across the US except Hawaii.
What does it cost?
Nothing. There are no desk fees, no minimums to start, and no exclusivity requirement. The desk is compensated by the carriers when business places.
What kind of case support do I get?
Case design and modeling, client-ready illustrations, advanced-markets support (estate, business succession, premium financing for ultra-high-net-worth cases), underwriting advocacy, electronic submission portals for simple cases, and CFP®/CLU® planners who join client meetings with you.
